Applies to todovo.io and the todovo apps for Android and iOS.

How to delete your account

In the mobile app

Open todovo and tap More.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm.

On the web

Sign in at todovo.io.
Open Settings → Profile and choose Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Can't sign in?

If you forgot your password, reset it first. Otherwise email [email protected] from the email address of your account and we will delete it for you.

What happens when you delete

You are signed out and can no longer sign in.
Your tasks, notes, projects, meetings, contacts, daily notes, reviews and uploaded files are permanently deleted, usually within minutes.
Your name and email address are removed from your profile.
Any subscription you solely own is canceled.
Subscriptions bought through the App Store are not canceled automatically — cancel them in your Apple ID settings first.
Connected calendars are disconnected and our access to them is revoked.
Push notification tokens for your devices are deleted.

Team workspaces

If you share a workspace with others, the tasks, notes and projects you shared with the team stay there for its remaining members and are shown as created by "Deleted user". Your private items in that workspace are deleted. If you owned the workspace, ownership passes to another member.

What we keep

We keep billing records (subscriptions and payment transactions) where the law requires it, for tax and accounting. See the privacy policy for details. Questions? Email [email protected].
