Start with your calendar, not your inbox
Connect Google Calendar and your meetings appear on your Briefing. Add talking points before each one, then drag the three to five tasks you'll actually do into Tasks for today and press Start My Day. One decision in the morning means no decision fatigue all day.
Switch tasks without losing your place
Roadmap review, stakeholder sync, sprint planning: click a task, or press Ctrl+its number. Each task is a living document: add notes, write down your progress, and everything saves as you type. When you switch away and come back, your cursor is exactly where you left it. You just keep typing.

A stakeholder stops by with one quick thing. Press Alt+Q, type it, and get back to work. At the end of the day you review every quick note and turn it into a task, add it to a note, or let it go. Everything a task needs, one click away
PMs are pulled in a hundred directions. While you work on a task, everything related to it sits on the left: the project with its other tasks, notes and meetings, and the people mentioned, with the meetings you have with them. Type / inside any task to link a meeting, mention a stakeholder, set a due date, or connect a parent roadmap item. No tab-switching, no copy-pasting links between tools.
