What happens after the 30-day trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. We never auto-charge — there's no card on file during your trial, so nothing happens unless you choose to subscribe. Your data is safely stored — choose a plan whenever you're ready and pick up right where you left off.
What if I subscribe and it's not for me?
You're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase or renewal — no reason required. On yearly plans, you can also request a pro-rated refund for unused full months after that window. See our refund policy.

Is there a team plan?
Yes. Invite teammates by email and your workspace becomes a shared workspace. Billing is per seat on a single subscription — €6/$6 per person monthly, or €48/$48 per person yearly. The workspace owner sets the seats and manages members. Team workspaces start on a paid plan; the 30-day free trial applies to personal accounts.
How do team seats work?
The owner sets the seat count on the subscription from the subscriptions page. Each member uses one seat, and inviting is paused when all seats are full — you can add seats anytime.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to yearly anytime from your account settings. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment provider Paddle. PayPal is also available in some regions. On iPhone and iPad, the subscription is bought and managed through the App Store.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start the trial?
No. Just create an account with your email and you're in. No payment information required.
